Where Do We Go playing on an ad for a movie!
I think the movie was called 'Last Chance Harvey' or something like that - I wasn't paying attention just bopping along to the music playing and thinking it sounded really familiar and then vocals start and it was WDWG!! - Only thing it wasn't Ben singing.. hmm.. Anyone else hear of it being used? I could be entirely wrong here though haha - but if it's not Ben's song it's one that's almost exactly the same haha! Further investigation is required - It's not on the official trailers that are up on youtube and I can't find any other listings - I just saw the ad again and I'm still inclined to believe that it's Ben's WDWG.. hmm.. Time will tell.. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Bella, |

oooo....SWEET!! I hope it is! My friend was in Big Lots the other day and stopped traffic when all of a sudden she heard Wreckage playing and squealed "OH MY GOD! IT'S BEN!" Would love to hear more of those kinds of stories!! *he's everywhere, he's everywhere!*

I found the song/video that is featured in the movie Last Chance Harvey. It is not the Ben song Where Do We Go? but the same song title by a different singer - her name is Sandrine. I have never heard of her. I have to say I like Ben's song Where Do We Go much better. So for what it is worth here is the link to the video that I found on you tube today.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMJBlg3nA3s Sandrine Where Do We Go? When I was watching the Oscars the other night and watched Kate Winslet getting her award I thought of the first time I had heard Ben's song Come On - it was in the trailer for the movie Finding Neverland. So here is the trailer for that movie featuring the instrumental version of Ben's song Come On.... This is where I first heard the song Come On... I have to say I still get emails asking me for a copy of the instrumental version of Come On. I recently got an email from a guy named Ben, who was traveling around the United States with his parents as they celebrate their 25th anniversary. He said he is from a town called Harpole in Northampton town and he said it was located in the East Midlands. He is also a fan of Sigur Ros, which I know our lead Jelenbean listens to as well - at least I think Ben said he listened to them... So enjoy the trailer.... if you have never seen the movie you must check it out and if you have seen it before see it again... amazing movie and great cast... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rp07UyRyVdA Thanks Bella For Making This For Me - I Love It!! Ah thanks for that Mary - I hadn't seen the ad again to confirm or deny it and all that was played of the song was the extended intro and the first few words so I was trying to work out from that lol
Oh well.. it was good for the moment when I thought it was him lol - he should be featured on more things! And I loved hearing 'Come On' in the trailer for Finding Neverland - so exciting!! |
