Hello all my JelenBean friends,

I have to make this briefe. (WOW, a new concept for ME)...LOL.

Please say a few prayers for us....we are going to NJ tomorrow. My father has to have open heart surgery....AGAIN.
It DOES NOT look good, :cry:
His heart is VERY weak and they aren't sure he will pull through it this time around. I will be gone until the 13th of March....at least. I will let you all know how it goes....when we are home.

Try to stay calm and levelheaded throughout this difficult time, it will make things easier.

Ben's music always seems to help calm me no matter what, or how bad, my mood

My grandfather had two open heart surgeries and survived them both even though circumstances were not promising. Just keep praying. Things always work out as they should. I will keep you in my thoughts. I know how difficult these times are.

My Grandfather Just passed away a few weeks ago because of major heart prob's... So i understand what you are going through....I will keep your family in my prayers.

Thank you all soooo very much. So far we are all doing well. He is very nervous as I am sure anyone would be....But, we are trying our best to keep him thinking positively. His surgery is on Wed. Morning.

My Dad is ALIVE AND WELL!!!

Everything went really well today!!!! The Dr's think he might have had a mini stroke in the resent past.....so he will be going to see a nurologist soon about that....and getting some testing done.

But, todays surgery went excellent!!!

I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all the prayers and love on this board.....you are wonderful PPL. God Bless each and every one of you.

UPDATE:
If anyone is interested:

My Father is doing well....so far. However, the Dr. has told him that there is nothing more they can do for him. What we were told before (about possibly fixing things with medication).....was only told to us by the nurses, apparently it wasn't the entire "truth"....but, they didn't want to upset him......
But, everyone seems to be taking it fairly well considering. He will just have to take it easy from now on and he should be fine for a while. I don't think the world is done with him yet.
I know I'm not....I only just FOUND him several yrs. ago. I had grown up without him in my life from the time I was 4. I hope he gets to stick around for a little while longer.

BTW, I did think of a JelenBean name....

I am the BenGal Tiger JelenBean. I think I posted that on another thread somewhere in the resent past.

It means a lot to me to know that ALL of you are so kind and loving. Just thinking of you all makes my heart swell.

I am going to see Ben on Tues. night. I am going to thank him personally for helping in this "prayer chain" type thing we had going here.
I wish I could meet you all in person too to give you all a HUGE hug and thank you in person as well.
WHO of you posted here is going to Crash Mansion on Tues. night? LET ME KNOW and POST a PIC of yourself so I can look for you...then I can at least thank SOME of you in person....
