you are right -- I was catching up on 3 weeks without Fern! Africa was amazing! Stunning! -- we travelled for miles, seeing all kinds of fantastic scenery that constantly changed. Terracotta red sand dunes, massive open grasslands, seal colonies, and Etosha, a massive safari park where we saw all kinds of animals. The people there were gentle and kind, often had nothing but lived like they have everything. Honestly, I can hardly describe the places that I went so I'm off to myspace to upload some pics! (along with the NYC waterfall pic that I've had on my desktop for ages now) I'll be back, thanks for keeping the love alive while I was gone. ben  |

Ben glad to hear your trip to Africa went well and cannot wait to see the pics. I would have loved to have been in that safari park. They would have never gotten me out of there. What made you decide to travel there? Glad to see you are back home safely. I am sure Fern missed you and you missed her.
